Most people wake up, immediately grab their phone to check emails, and drink a massive cup of coffee on an empty stomach. This spikes anxiety, ruins your natural cortisol rhythm, and guarantees a massive energy crash by 2:00 PM.

Minute 1-2: Hydration First
Before you drink coffee, your body desperately needs water. You just went 8 hours without drinking!
The Action: Drink a large glass of water immediately upon waking. Add a pinch of sea salt or a squeeze of lemon to replenish the electrolytes you lost overnight. This alone will wake up your brain faster than caffeine.
Minute 3-7: Sunlight
